Under the able guidance of his father, Mr. Surender Gupta entered into
the Real Estate Business along with his four brothers. This beginning
proved to be the foundation for an empire that has created a niche for
itself and is still growing. In two decades, the Aerens Group has emerged
as one of the leading names in the market with a reputation to offer
quality and reliable service. Today the Aerens Group with
its dedicated and enthusiastic teamwork has extended its excellence in
a diverse range of activities. The Group is engaged in projects like
Multiplexes, Specialty malls, Water and Amusement parks among many others
Mr. Surender Gupta's vision and foresight is now taking the Aerens group to promote jewelry shopping malls around the country. He is determined to offer to the jewelry trade and the consumers a new shopping experience unheard of, offering variety, quality and ambience - all under one roof.
Mr. Surender Gupta is actively involved in various socio economic activities.
Among the many laurels to his credit, he is Senior Vice President of
All India Aggarwal Sammelan, Assistant Governor (2002-2003) - Rotary
District - 3010, President - Jai Narain Gaudham, Vasant Kunj Farm Association,
FRIENDS
(Forum of Real Estate Developers and Integrated Entrepreneurs of National
Capital Region of Delhi) and Trustee Maharaja Agrasen Medical Education
College . His active involvement is largely felt in Rajdhani Estate Promoters & Builders
Associations, Indian Red Cross Society, FICCI and PHD and many other
Industrial, Social and Welfare organizations.
Mr. Surender Gupta is a commerce graduate from Delhi University with
enviable experience in real estate. He is a man of great charisma and
is the real guiding force of the group. |

A post graduate in commerce, a man who is led
by strong business fundamentals and expertise in legal and financial
matters is a trading genius. Focused and pragmatic, it is his added
contribution that has taken Aerens Group to where it stands today
and still increasing its degree of growth.

| Mr. Sanjiv J. Aeren |
Strongly guided by his instincts to take the group
on a much higher realm of its existence. A commerce graduate with
marketing as his forte, prophesies to bring in a whole new revolution
in the futuristic real estate concept and development of business.
As MD of AEZ, the entertainment concept and developing division of
the Aerens Group, is engaged in projects like multi use complexes,
water and amusement parks. AEZ venture speaks of his excellent understanding
of the business. A man of great PR skills and foresghtedness, he
lives upto his principle in life `belief is the only truth'. |

A true entrepreneur and a chartered accountant
by profession his contribution to the financial sector of the group
is an asset by itself. A man of tremendous caliber, his expertise
in finance, marketing and establishing manufacturing projects has
contributed immensely to the exponential growth of the group. Besides,
making his contributions towards the growth of the Group, he is very
active in society building also. A prominent member of CII, PHD Chamber
of Commerce and ASSOCHAM. He is the preseident of Rotary
Club of Delhi (Ashoka),honary sectratary of `FRIENDS’ Delhi & NCR
Chapter of CREDAI and is an active member of Manthan - an art &
culture association. |
